How I cope morning sickness in my pregnancy

Almost all woman in this world 'suffer' from morning sickness during pregnancy. Morning sickness occur perhaps related to hormonal change after fertilization. Fortunately I only have not so heavy morning sickness so I can go to my office to do my work. But sometimes, during my work time I felt nausea. Not hard but sometimes made me felt discomfort.

I know perhaps you have your own "recipe' or perhaps your doctor give you medication to face morning sickness. But let me share to you what I did to cope my morning sickness.

First I told to myself that morning sickness is not a disease so I might not be afraid. And I told to myself that morning sickness is not go through along my pregnancy, it will disappear when my pregnancy get older. This perhaps can make me calm and strong enough to "fight" morning sickness (:-))
When I woke up in the morning I asked my servant to made me warm and little bit sweet. Cracker two pieces. Before I went to bed at night time I ate some food, little. Because my doctor dais that I must avoid large food, I did it. I almost could not ate any food than crackers, nuts and fruits, my doctor said OK so I only took that food during my morning sickness "battle".But I avoid the sour fruits it will cause my stomach felt discomfort. I took little milk, too.
My doctor g\prescribe me B6 vitamin so I drunk it, too.
Also I asked my husband to not use any perfume because it made my nausea "beating" me.

That's all. I am happy now I am free from morning sickness because my daughter now is ten years old (:-)). But my experience during my pregnancy is unforgetable.
