Still look beautiful in your pregnancy

 In early pregnancy, especially start from second month of pregnancy, there are changes in woman's body. And so there is perhaps happen to your skin and your face. Because of hormonal changes, perhaps you will have acne on your face, change color of your skin and in your hair, too.

Don't be afraid. You can do something for this. And you must remember this will not last forever and you must be careful to face it. Why? Because you can not take skin cream as free as when you were not pregnant. I advice you to visit your doctor before take any cream to "fight" the changes in your skin.

Acne usually occur in first trimester of pregnancy. Increasing of estrogen hormone in pregnancy can trigger acne on your face.
Pregnancy mask is the name of changes of the color of your skin, become darker. This hyperpigmentation will causing melasma that will layers that will descent dark/blackish at cheek, forehead and nose.
Another hyperpigmentation may occur on areola mammae (around the nipple),armpit,genitalia, thighs and belly button.
On pregnant woman's stomach will will arise a straight line which extend from the navel to the pubic.This called as linea nigra. Usually arise at woman with dark skin.
Hyperpigmentation in pregnancy will disappear until one year.

So, what should you do to maintaining your beautiful skin through the changes of your pregnancy?
Here is the clue:

• Check your face cream you used to use before you pregnant. If need,consult to your dermatology and ask if this cream safe for your pregnancy.
• Leave bar soap and use liquid soap. While get pregnant, woman usually have their skin becomes more dry.
• Keep your skin clear care.
• Use fruit and vegetables as your beauty mask.
• Apply a moisturizing cream specially for your belly to keep it moist and avoid from stretch mark.
