Exercise During Pregnancy Time

In my pregnancy, sometimes I take exercise. Jogging, volley ball, kegel and ride a bicycle.
It is because I had a fit body and normal pregnancy.
And if you want to do that so,surely you can do your exercise while you pregnant. First time before you take your exercise , ask your doctor about this. Because your doctor know your condition. Remember not every body have the same condition.


If your doctor allow you to do exercise in your pregnancy time,do it carefully. Perhaps you need to notice this:
  • If you feel pain or blown, just immediately stop your exercise.
  • Practice in the save place, up to what exercise you do. Do not do your exercise in a hot or humid place,it's not good for your pregnancy.
  • Use comfort shoes with good cushion shoes, so it can optimally propped your body.
  • Use the right bra, I mean U must use he right size for you and choose that able to optimally propped.It is better if you use sport bra.
  • Drink water before,while and after exercise. This can avoid you from dehydration.
  • Don't take a hard and excessive exercise, it can be a danger for you and your fetus.
Exercise during pregnancy time was pleasure time for me.If you like to do it, too perhaps you will agree with my doctor as he said:
"You may not take exercise if things below happen to you ":
  1.  Increase blood pressure rises due to pregnancy.
  2. Bleeding due to fetal membrane wall torn prematurely.
  3. History of recurrent miscarriage or premature delivery.
  4. Cervix incompetent.
  5. There are spots of blood coming out of vagina.

Listen to my doctor again: "And you MUST stop your exercise if you experience the following problems":
  1. Dizziness, blurred vision or short of breath.
  2. Irregular or rapid heart beat.
  3. Pain in the waist and vaginal area.
Do you still want to take exercise? All up to you.
