How conception occur

We know every babies start with conception.The conception may happen in of uterus or out of uterus . If it happen out of uterus, may be the pregnancy outside uterus than can cause a danger.
Conception process need ovum(egg cell) and spermatozoa. It only need one ovum and one spermatozoa. Each menstrual cycle,a women usually produce only one ovum, while in one cc sperm contain million of spermatozoa.
Ovum and spermatozoa will fuse and then become one cell but experience process on and on in this new cell. This new create then called as zygote.This zygote then grow and become fetus and finally a baby for you.
The zygote will produce a human Chorionic Gonadotrofin hormon. This hormone then can detect in pregnant woman's urine.That's why we can check pregnancy by pregnant women's urine.
In my first and early pregnancy, after I knew my menstrual was delayed, I wait until about 1 month before I took the test. Why? Because I was afraid if pregnancy I've waiting for was not occur.And I got the answer was YES!
The conception may occur out of uterus. This called ad ectopic pregnancy. This happen because when journey to uterus, the fertilized ovum in the fallopian ampulla blocked. That can caused by infection such as hyposalphingitis or other cause as hypoplasi of uterus, not perfect post operative tubal sterilization,endometriosis and so on.
