- Try to sit back and close your eyes.Release all the tension on your muscle.Start end of the thigh, thigh, back, neck to face. Slowly, breath through your nose. Empty your mind or imagine things that can calm you down. For example, you are in the cool mountainous area or quiet beach.Repeat untill 10-20 minutes.
- Inhale slowly through your nose, pushing your belly outward gently. Calculate to count of four and release the existing tension in the shoulders and neck. Exhale slowly while counting to count the sixth. Repeat several times until you feel relax.
